Mr Peter Yesudian BSc(Hons) BDS(Glasg) MFDS RCPS(Glasg) Partner. Specialist in Oral Surgery. Peter graduated from the University of Glasgow, and spent one year in general dental practice, in Warwickshire. In 1997 he joined the Oral Surgery Department of Princess Margaret Hospital as Senior House Officer. In 1999 Peter worked for 6 months as a volunteer dentist in Trinidad, as well as the interior of Guyana, in South America, where access to dental care is limited. This was a particularly rewarding and useful experience. At the end of 1999, he returned to the UK as Senior House Officer at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. After a year he returned to Swindon as a member of staff of the Oral Surgery Department at the Great Western Hospital, until 2006. In 2001, Peter was awarded the post-graduate degree of MFDS at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow. Due to his training and experience he is on the Oral Surgery Specialist Register held by the General Dental Council. This allows Peter to carry out Specialist Oral Surgery for patients under local anaesthetic or sedation, as well all aspects of general and family dentistry. He is member of the British Association of Oral Surgeons, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD), and also the Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland. More importantly, his calm and caring approach is appreciated by patients who need routine dentistry as well as Specialist Surgery. |

Ms Paulina Delert Statutory Exam, MFD RCSIre Partner. Special Interest in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine. Paulina Delert qualified from Medical School in Gdansk (Poland), Stomatological Department. She has previously worked in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Departments of Charing Cross Hospital (London), Hammersmith Hospital (London), Royal Gwent Hospital (South Wales), Hereford County Hospital, Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and Worcestershire Royal Hospital and Great Western Hospital in Swindon. She continues to have hospital commitments at Queens Hospital in Romford, London. In 2002, having obtained a post-graduate degree, Paulina became a Member of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Paulina is a member of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the British Medical Acupuncture Society, the British Dental Association and also the Medical Defence Union of England. Paulina uses regular pain relief alongside sedation and acupuncture in reassuring nervous and anxious patients. Paulina is fluent in Polish, has a good level of Italian and is able to communicate in Sign Language having passed the Level 1 Certificate in British Sign Language. |

Dr Miguel Aranibar DDS Associate. Endodontist. Miguel graduated in Dental Surgery from the University of Gothenburg in 1998 and then worked as a general dental surgeon in Sweden. From 2002 to 2004 he trained as an instructor to dental students at the institute of Odontology at Gothenburg University. Since then he has completed his own training to qualify as an Endodontist a post which he now holds at Sahlgrenska Academy in Gothenburg. Enodontics or root canal treatment is a way of saving teeth, which would otherwise have to be extracted. Dentists will refer patients for this specialist treatment because it is best performed by a specialist. Many other Dentists may unnecessarily choose to extraction when endodontics could, in fact, be used to save the tooth. In accordance with the latest guidelines, the instruments used are single use for each individual patient. Miguel is member of the Swedish Endodontic Society and the European Society of Endodontology (ESE). He is also fluent in Spanish, Swedish, English and Portugese. Miguel will attend One Wood Street regularly for referrals. |

Mr Assif Ahmed BDS(London) MFDS RCS(England) Specialist Registrar in Prosthodontics, Kings College, London Assif specialises in improving the appearance of teeth to give patients that more confident smile. This involves advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures using veneers, crowns, bridges and implants. Assif qualified in Dentistry from The Royal Dental College, University of London in 2002. In 2004 he was awarded his Membership in the faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeon of England. He then went on to specialist training in Prosthodontics at Guys Hospital, part of Kings College, London. Assifs training gives patients a high level of care and expertise. Apart from his technical excellence, his warm and caring manner is welcomed by patients. He is also happy to see referrals from other dentists in the area, who would appreciate the skills he has to offer. He has a special interest in smile design. |

Mr Alexander M Greig BDS MFDS RCPS(Glasg) DipConSed(Newcastle) Associate. Special Interest in Anxiety Management. Alexander Greig qualified from the University of Glasgow in 1998 and was awarded BDS with commendation. Following a period of hospital training he became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow in 2001. Since that time he has gained extensive experience in both hospital as an oral surgeon and in general practice providing an array of cosmetic procedures. Alexander has a particular interest in helping patients overcome any anxiety with the aid of sedation and attended Newcastle University in 2006 completing the Diploma in Conscious Sedation degree programme. Alexander is a member of The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) and the British Association of Oral Surgeons (BAOS). His gentle, relaxed manner and unhurried approach inspires confidence in his patients and reassures them during treatment. |
